It all depends on the policies of the correctional facility that your aunt works for. If they have policies against having family members work together, your brother would be out of luck. It also depends on how many connections your aunt has, and at what level of influence they exist at. If your aunt is in good with the warden, or someone higher up, the chance is better than say, knowing another correctional officer.
