skinless chicken breast, skinless turkey breast are the best after fish. Avoid beef and pork, they both contain alot of fat hidden in the meat.

Chicken breast, Turkey, and lean beef in small portions. You don't have to completely avoid beef just make sure you buy only lean. On a healthy diet you don't have to avoid anything just don't eat more that a portion.

Also, avoid ground meats, even turkey. They use the skin and fatty meats in it, which raises the fat/calorie content. Tofu is an excellent meat substitute.
