I'm am 5' 6". My father is 5' 11", and my mother is 5' 4". A lot of people in my family are shorter, but my uncle was 19 and over 6' 6" when he died (he was 19, and still growing) I have already had a growth spurt, and I fear that I may have stopped growing. I feel short, now... Any suggestions?

your genes determine your height, you can do nothing to change that. You don't say how old you are, but growth spurts happen well into the twenties.

You are just perfect the way you are. I'm 5'6" and I think it's the perfect height!
But no, there really isn't anything you can do to make yourself taller. Just genes.

Nothing you can do, nothing you can take, nothing you can eat. Sorry but its the truth. And your too old for growth hormone.

if you eat healthy enough so that you're not malnourished i'm sorry but there's nothing you can do.
