Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

it depends on the tablet. if it was one that you get for allergies then they don't work that well but if it's a prescription pill then it can take anywhere from 30 mins to 1 1/2 hrs to work

Try Melatonin, no more than 3mg at first though. Thats usually just one tablet in most cases. You can find them cheap at health food stores. A couple of herbs, Kava Kava or Valerian Root work well too. You can also get these in tablet form, or buy herbal tea. For me, I take Melatonin and in about 2 hours, I am fast asleep.

if you took an over the counter sleep aid, it likely won't work, it's just benedryl basically, called diphenhydramine if you read the label.
If you took a prescription sleep aid, then why are you at the computer? It isn't going to work unless you lay down and relax.

It depends which pill you took. Some take longer than others.Yawning is a good sign, however vodka and night nurse send you off straight away [works for me]

Well, one may not be enough...
And over the counter drugs are mild anyhow...So a good cup of chamomile tea or warm milk may help to put you in the mood for some good zzzs!
Sweet dreams!!!

You need to be lying down and relaxing not sitting staring at the pc. go to bed and chill out, you'll soon drop off.
