I need some good workout tips that requires LITTLE or no equipment. I do ten push ups a day but I also want to get tones butt and legs.

IS it bad to not stretcch before working out?

I don't want to lose weight...I'm only 95 pounds...but I'm 14 so it's healtyhy...I jsut want to tone up.

Deep kneebends for butt & legs in sets of ten like the push-ups.
Alternate for aerobic work-out with toe touches & sit-ups for back & abs.

to keep myself tone, i like to do 40 push-ups, sit ups, and jumping jacks every day, along with climbing 20 floors of stairs(as in go up a staircase, one floor, go back down, 2 floors)
