So what? I'm a Christian, and have no problem receiving the blood of an atheist. As long as the blood types match, and the blood isn't tainted (things I'd take into consideration with donors of any background), who cares? Why would the belief or non-belief of the donor even be an issue?

You know of course that blood you got that saved your life, from the blood bank, came from a Christian?

Blood banks only accept blood from Christians because their blood is pure. Besides, particular blood from someone doesn't make you that kind of person. Its like saying if you're a guy and the blood bank gives you a woman's blood, you become a female.

Well, sure, but the atheist probably just donated blood stolen from an infant he'd eaten earlier in the day. We tend to do that, you know.

That atheist is made in the image of God and knows right from wrong. Atheists are simply people who have not yet met God. I do not believe in the person I am going to meet next week or even tomorrow if i have not been made aware of them or been introduced. And God knows the heart - He alone will judge just how the atheist lived his or her life.

who knew beforehand that i would need the blood and when, so He brought the atheist's parents together to make the person whose blood saved my wretched life!
