dear you should not eat foods which have fat at all
you have to exersice for 2 hours in a day if you like swimming or dancing they can be so useful for losing your weight
you have to change the life you had before spend a lot of time walking and exercising
you should make musles for you body
remember this part(dont lose your weight so fast because some strech marks will appear on the part which had fat before )(also its not good for your heart)
you can have the wight you want after 4 or maybe 5 years

You can lose some weight in 2 months but no more than about 10 - 12 pounds or you will just regain it, and more along with the regained pounds. Rapid weight loss is dangerous. Cut fats out of your diet and exercise. You'll lose it safely and keep it off.
Starving yourself isn't an answer either. When you don't eat enough, your body thinks it's "dying" and starts storing anything and everything as fat, to save itself. All that happens is that when you do eat, you put on fat. Eating right feeds your muscles, and muscle mass burns fat.

First I want to say DONT FOLLOW AUSTAN R ADVICE! That is an eating disorder and can lead you to the hospital. All you have to do is watch what you eat. No snacking and sit down to three meals a day. Also, put the snacks up high where you cant reach them so you have to ask your parents before you eat them. Also, join a gym for the summer or a swim team. Trust me, that sucks the fat right out of you. It worked for me and now i look great and feel great. Try it, just enjoy yourself when you can, just not all the time! good luck! :-)

walk at a brisk pace everyday twice a day for at least 30 minutes-uphill if you can
go ahead and eat what you want just eat slowly and eat 3/4 to 1/2 of what you normally eat
drink a glass of ice water before each meal and during your meal - drink lots of water throughout the day
put the fork down between bites
get lots of rest
i bet you lose weight faster than you would expect

Eat healthy and Exercise.
Try to have a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, and meats. The best way to lose weight is the healthy way. Also, when you are around 10-14, you usually have at least a little bit of fat. Someimes, you cant lose it, you just grow into it.

Exercise. You need to join a team or do a sport that involves alot of cardio. Some suggestions would be soccer, cross country running or swimming. Stay away from the candy.

As your obese it will take longer than that but to lose weight eat less junk (Crips,chocolate,sweets,chips,Etc. Exercise such as running,walking,jogging,swimming,jumping,etc will also help it is recommend 60 minutes of exercise a day also remember 5 fruits and veg a day.

Talk to your parents and tell them you are concerned about your health. Because you are so young, you should probably speak with your doctor and they can make some suggestions.
You can also find a buddy and go on walks/runs or even swim some laps in a pool. It is summer - so be active.
