eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

do no longer purchase ACAI BERRIES try right here. eat 6 very small nutrition an afternoon. Eg, an apple, a pear, some vegetables, a slice of cheese each 3 hours. beverages fairly some green tea devoid of sugar. they're much less costly, unlike Acai berries. 3 litres an afternoon. discover some much less costly ginseng drink to improve your average well being. I say much less costly using fact with some salesmen, you should wind up paying thousands of greenbacks. And decrease out French Fries White Rice White Bread Pasta and concentration on eating dark green vegetables and chicken or egg whites. in case you won't be able to ward off the carbohydrate, eat basically a million/3 of your prevalent intake and eat a million/3 back 3 hours later. in case you're hungry interior the mean time, in basic terms drink green tea. Then bypass exercising and do weight training to construct muscle. of path, once you do weights, you may desire to improve your protein intake, it incredibly is greater chicken and eggs and tofu and soya milk

Nothing is "good" for you, in excess. Dump the fats in your diet and continue to exercise. Drink more water and lower your intake of all pop..not just diet drinks. You'll lose weight.
