Okay, toothpaste only works once they've come to a head. For those underground pimples, do this: Wash your hands and face well, put direct pressure on the underground zit and massage it hard...this will help break up the junk under the skin and encourage blood to flow to the area to clean it up. You can also rub it with an ice cube, which will also help break it up for reabsorption and decrease the chances of creating a bruise in the area. This failing, it's just a pimple. Once it comes to a head, use a spot of calamine lotion on it and it will dry up overnight. Everyone gets blemishes. Not the end of the world. Also, wash your hands frequently and don't touch your face.

touching it and picking at it will only irritate the skin and it will be red and swollen (and maybe get worse). Id try hemrroid cream-preparation H. It should reduce the redness and swelling (same way it does with hemroids). Also, keep the area clean and mantain a healthy diet until then. Test your skin first, to make sure your skin is not sensitive to it.

I don't know why this question, and ones like it keep coming up, but the answer is the same. YOU CAN'T!!! The fact is your body will heal it in it's own good time and there is not a blessed thing you can do to speed the process. You can minimize the appearance with make up. You can apply benzoyl peroxide to aid in drying it up.....but it is going to go away in its' own good time.
