Here are some of mine, now add your own.
1. A real translation of the papyri Smith used to produce the Book of Abraham would be similar to what is in the Perl of Great Price.
2. Native American DNA would show definite signs of an Israeli/Jewish connection.
3. Modern church leaders would have enough power of discernment to not be deceived by dangerous con men like Mark Hoffman.
4. Abusive amateur dictators that serve as Bishops, Stake Presidents and General Authorities would be released after they spiritually harmed a member of the church.
5. The saving ordinances in the temple would never change, just as Joseph Smith and Brigham Young taught.
6. Teachings and prophesies from the pulpit at General Conference by the prophets would be in harmony, since they all are anointed mouthpieces for the same unchanging, all-knowing, perfect God.
7. The MTC, BYU and other church-operated institutions would be shining examples of the principle of free agency.
8. Joseph Smith would have been able to find the first 116 "lot pages" of the original BoM translation, or at least have known they would never be found, thus demonstrating at least some divine guidance.
9. The various personal accounts by Joseph Smith of his "first vision" would not contradict the "official" church version today.
10. Journal accounts by faithful members would describe Smith's practice of polygamy as being in harmony with the revelation governing that doctrine.
As a True Believing Mormon, I naively expected the above items to back up the church's story. Taken individually, you can come up with an excuse for why each one doesn't support the church's claims. But taken as a whole, it matches up with only one explanation... the church is an elaborate hoax.

" You can leave the church but you can't leav it alone!"
This makes me laugh everytime! I left the church, but it seems the church won't leave me alone! Missionary suprise visits, phone calls from the ward missionary, home teacher, visiting teacher, people I have no clue who they are calling me. I EVEN GOT ENSIGN a few weeks ago! The church made a subscription for me! How thoughtful...*cough* My fav. part is when...I moved, did not tell anyone my new address from the LDS church, only people who knew where I lived were my husbands parents who are Hindu, then my "friend: from church calls and asks for my address to visit me, the next day missionaries come to my home while I ahem busy with my husband. Hence "friend"
Hmmm....I left the church but they can't seem to leave me alone!

It always seems to come back down to polygamy, doesn't it? That would be the most significant difference between later revelations and the original doctrine, that and racial distinctions. The Mormon church was rather fortunate in that their reformation was forced upon it early, thus enabling it to become a more mainstream institution. The fringe churches are a marvelous example of how weird it could have been: these are Americans, and we do tend toward violence at times.

Hey LDS Mormons If God Himself doesn't know of any other gods, how could the Mormons know of millions of gods?
“ Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts: ‘ I am the First and I am the Last; Besides Me there is no God. (Isaiah 44:6)
Is there a God besides Me? Indeed there is no other Rock; I know not one. (Isaiah 44:8)
Aslo see Isaiah 45:5; 45:14; 45:21; 45:22; 46:5; 46:9; 43:10 all of these verses say there is only one God
Yet part of the mormon doctrine of God is the belief that every male mormon can become a god himself? joseph smith said, " You have got to learn to become gods yourselves the same as all gods before you." Brigham Young said, " The Lord created you and me for the purpose of becoming gods like himself. We are created to become gods like unto out father in heaven.

So, the anointing (Spirit of Truth) I received has already shown me the error of Mormonism.
Since the Holy Spirit will never contradict Gods Word, I know the Holy Spirit won't tell me anything different in the future.

Doesn't changing any of the details here make it apply to any religion. I'm anti Mormon in the sense that I'm an athiest, but it really seems that you're splitting hairs.

I wouldn't invest my faith in anything that kept so many, many secrets from its membership and the public. "When one lights a candle, one does not hide it under a bushel basket, but sets it on top of a table where all around can enjoy its light".

So what happened to your apology?...
Beyond that, I'm not going to even bother addressing your issues- they're way too big for a mere mortal like me to help you with... Get on your friggin knees and pull your head out.

If you think it's all an elaborate hoax & you actually believe all the stuff you've typed, you were never truelly converted to begin with.
I know the Church & its doctrines are true. We humans are not perfect, you can't expect everyone to get it right all the time.
