How do you treat cryoburn? Where your skin has become irritated (and surprisingly painful) from being exposed to cold for an excess amount of time. I was given cortizone shots in my feet and the doctor put a cold spray on the spot to numb the area and now i've got a rash and blisters. Any suggestions?

cryoburn, is like any other burn, it is going to heal in it's own time. all you can do is keep the area clean and moisturized.
