Here is a solid list of many iron-rich foods. Also, you could take Centrum Forte multivitamins as a great iron supplement. I do.

It is important to remember that although something is high in iron it doesn't always have a high absortion rate into your system. Especially with spinach it needs to be combined with other foods to aide in the absorbtion. I'm just d\not sure exactly what these foods are.
You could also try a product called floradex which is an all natural supplement that tastes kind of like prune juice and you can even get a Vegan form!!!!!

Cooked Carrots 1/2cup about 25% -30% " has good iron Vitamins

Red meat if you eat it
Green leafy Veg - spinach, broccoli etc
Breakfast cereals are often fortified with iron

Don't drink tea with your meals as it contains tanin which stops iron absorption
