I've heard (and read) from multiple sources that the price range should be from $80-150, depending on the quality of the gun and who manufactured it, but with the prices I'm seeing these days, I think you're right.

they should not be more then $200.00 you can go to gun shows ,pawn shops ,online sights,as well as your local papers to find people or places that sell new and used ones some times they sell extra stuff with the sks ..like clips ,ammo and carrying cases just do some looking you may find one with alot of extra stuff for about $200.00or so it counts what you are looking ,if you find one with extra stuff get it you will not be disappointed,if you get it with extras,sometimes it's a better deal
