I got kids and I'm tired/we are tired of fast food all the time so something interesting and nice.

Directly outside the park there are a number of moderately priced local restaurants that others seem to like - Marris on Katella (for italian); Tacos Mi Pueblo on Katella for Mexican; Katella Family Grill for breakfast; and Dunarea for European....... otherwise, you'll find every sit down chain restaurant that ever existed (e.g. Dennys)

Sorry to say but there are no inexpensive restaurants in Disneyland. However there are some good and interesting ones for you to choose from. My favorite is the Blue Bayou in New Orleans Square, it's cool and quite with a nice menu. Try this site, it has all the restaurants in the park:

Your best bet is to go outside the park, there are plenty of nice and inexpensive restaurants on Harbor Blvd.
