what is the best way to gain weight!?
I am wayy to skinny & i hate it
please please please help me!
im getting sick of looking sick
it grosses me out
what foods should I eat?
should i eat before I go to bed?
oh yeah.. i am about 5'5''
and weight about 105 lbs.
Im also 14 years old
so i know my weight isnt healthy
i would like to weight around 120-125!
I want to have some meat on my bones:)
please help thanks so much=)

One word. Protien and lots of it. Stock up on carbs too. Eat lots of meat and bread during the day and have a huge breakfast and dinner. Protien shakes and energy bars are good too. But don't go too crazy, you don't want other health complications.

You want to gain weight, but don't do it in an unhealthy way! Like eating before bed, eating crappy foods, don't do that. You may gain weight, but it's going to be bad weight and not healthy weight. You should definitely talk to a nutritionist and/or doctor so you know what will be effective and good for your body at the same time. Some people are just naturally skinny. My 14 year old brother is 5'8'' and weighs only around 110 and is always complaining about gaining weight too haha.

Do not just eat sugar and fats all day because that is not healthy either. By doing that you could grown up to having serious eating disorders. Here is somethings you should consider....

1. Talk to your mom, or your doctor. A doctor can give you something to gain weight!

2. buy packs of 'Little Debbies'. In each meal, eat what you normaly would eat, but then AFTER EACH TIME YOU EAT, have one of the 'Little Debbies'.

that is the best stuff I can think of right now.

have your parents take you to your doctor for a physical and nutritional counseling. congratulations, you are in the first stage of an eating disorder. learn to love yourself and fret less.

try adding a pnut butter and jelly sandwhich and a glass of ovaline befor you go to bed

eat at regular times, even if you dont feel too hungry. dont bloat yourself, but eat a little. eat before you go to bed. eat icecream and pizza and SODA. or tea. anything sugary. hope I helped.
