If Genpack has a solid reputation [I don't know about them] accept their offer.

The object is to get your foot in the door and do a good job. Once you have established yourself, then evaluate your career at Genpack and decide if you will stay or look for something else.

Remember, the more varied your experience at Genpack is the better you will be able to advance at that company or seek employment somewhere else.
