Many of the problems you may be facing could be just the tip of the iceberg on what is really happening in your marriage. I dont mean to scare you but many problems when they either first show up or if they keep reoccurring could be just whats showing from a larger problem that either you or your spouse cannot even see. One of the only things you can do to help is to talk honestly and openly with each other in the marriage. If things become more serious more serious options need to be looked at as possibilities. Love is a choice that is made everyday when you wake up and every night when you go to sleep. Some days you may not feel the original feeling but love isnt a feeling or an emotion. Its an action a verb. Falling out of love may just mean you need to spice things up a little or that you were never in love in the first place. Don't just get out of a marriage just because you don't think you like the person anymore.

Be honest about your feelings, do you still have feelings for your ex boyfriend and are trying to make him jealous? (Emotions run high so don't start playing games with his heart, or yours.) Or are you truly finished with him and want to move on with your life? Search inside yourself for the answer. Have you hooked up with this other guy because he is cute, or do you really have feelings for him. Beauty is only skin deep....the new guy could be a real jerk. What do YOU think you should tell your ex boyfriend?

Tell him you have a right to your body, and that body was sending these urges pulsing through your body. You must follow your urges. And then tell your ex he needs to get over himself and move on, it's over. He has no say. I hate boys and their stupid need to be superior. He's probably just jealous that you found some hot guy before he could find some girl.

U realy cant say anything it hurts wats worse i find is the f***** is a loser nobody wannabe and i feel sorry for the girl thats why id feel bad i got ove rmy anger and depression now i wish the best and it will end in detest easily

he has no right to be mad unless he thought there was hope of getting back together.
just be honest and gentle with his feelings unless he's a bastard, of course, but tell him with gentle tone of voice (very important), but not patronizing & whining. do it nice enough where you don't have to say "I'm sorry" to him.
on the other hand, maybe you can avoid the ex?
