My computer is provided by Windows XP. The key board is french. I am unable to find the real use of that key. I also like to know which is the key to snap a scene while a video is on run.

That quarter moon key is a Hibernation or Computer Standby key. Puts your computer in standby or hibernation.

The simplest key for snapping a scene is the PrtScr/Print Screen key on the top right.

The moon shape on a key usually means sleep. You are able to customize it to shut down, hibernate etc. in screensavers>power options>sleep or something like that.
