I have come to realize that all of us are just humans. I'm a catholic human and i choose to believe in that. No one can deter me from that. If i think it is real, why can't it be. Atheist humans will never understand me or my faith therefore they have no right to question it. I have no right to question their beliefs or whatever they call it, because i am not an atheist. I think we should all see each other for the human we are. Not our faith. Faith is personal and should be left to the human itself. Faith can be different from person to person. I am tired of arguing with everyone about faith and my faith. If i believe in God, whose to say I can't believe in him. If you don't believe in him I can't change that. We should all stop questioning each other's beliefs. Faith does not make the human. We are just humans on this one earth so as long as we are here we should stop complaining and start peace. Do you agree?

What the hell did i say in my question? I said we should leave it to the person that believes in it. I didn't say KKK is right. You did. When people say i should question and i choose not to, you'll understand if you read the question. If you don't agree then you mighthave missed something in the question and details.

I guess I also agree with those who disagree. They have the right to disagree and i'm not going to question them. I would like to meet all of you in the future and play guitar, go skateboarding, play soccer, or any sport you wanna play. We'll all have a good time just like humans.

No you have the right, even the duty to question.
Without questioning how would you learn.

I had typed a fairly detailed answer to your last question but when I checked one of my references the unsaved material was lost.

You keep referring to the world as created. This is a sloppy use of language. If the world is created then of course that would suggest a creator. but then if there is no creator there is no creation. That is a trick of the language.
Maybe the universe is not a creation.
To even use the word creation in this way is to be victim of a circular argument, a logical fallacy.

Well you were born an atheist, just like everyone else. Babies don't believe in gods. Somewhere along the way, someone must have changed your beliefs already. To declare your beliefs unquestionable now seems pretty arbitrary. You might as well ask everyone to pull their religion out of a hat.

Yes, we're humans. You got that part right.

However, don't assume that atheists, like myself, don't understand your faith. Many of us used to be Christians. A friend of mine, who used to be Catholic, even went to seminary.

And everybody has a right to question the beliefs of others.

Feel free to question any of my beliefs. I'll gladly explain my beliefs on many different topics and why I believe it. I'll put forward whatever evidence and reasoning I have, and you can judge it for yourself. I'll be happy if you do so, no matter what your final opinion of it is.

Real peace starts with trying to understand each other's beliefs and questioning them. And, yes, my beliefs have changed over the years because of listening to others and forming my own opinions.

Look, kid: I CAME from a Christian background. I know reams and volumes when it comes to your religion, so please don't tell me what I can and can't understand.

If you really want to make peace, then make peace. I don't care if you believe in Casper the Friendly Ghost--just so long as I don't have to constantly hear about him, and aren't told by Casper followers that I'm messed up for not playing the same game.

If you want to believe in God, no one's trying to stop you. And I want you to know that on a very sincere level I hope it all works out for you. Peace back to you.

Actually, there are many atheists that do understand you and your faith, because at one time they were exactly like you.

Other than that, I agree with you to a certain extent. I have no problem with the fact that you're religious, so if you are willing to leave me to my own devices, I will return the favor.

I agree with you. That is why this nation was founded with a separation between church and state. If you favor one religion you discriminate against others. Religion should be private and you should worship on your own time, not at work or at school.

Yes,I so agree! How we see someone should be by personality not religion, who is to know what is right and what is wrong. Our religion should not give a damn to anyone else! Question the person, not the religion!

If you base having faith on the thinking expressed in the statement you made, that if you think something is real then why can't it be, then you have to apply that same logic to atheists too. Something can't be real by your belief and not be real by the belief of the atheist. Beliefs don't make something true or untrue. If something is real, it is real no matter what any one believes. The bible says "The just shall live by faith." Faith in Jesus Christ isn't what makes Jesus Christ real. Jesus makes himself real, he reveals who he is to those who believe and gives them the gift of faith.

My goodness Tim, you might have grown up a bit. Stop worrying about the other person. Concentrate on yourself the world will take care of itself.

No I don't agree

You keep your personal faith, personal and out of public policy and I wll leave you to your delusion. Once you put it into the public area, I have every right to question it. This is a Secular country, and I intend to keep it that way.
