It depends if you want a word that actually you might use in daily conversation.
there are a lot or incredibly long medical words, because diseases can be linked together, and you can have words with up to 32 letters and more...
from what i heard most people say, (at least that i know) for some reason, they say it is (i have to put in breaks or u lose the word)

which is actually a rather long word! lol
