Please tell me the meaning of below verses
1) Genessis, 19: 33 -35

Lots daughters, believing they were the very last people alive on the earth, got their father drunk and had sex with him.

2) Genesis, 35:22

Another case of what we would call today, incest.

3) GENESIS 38: 15-18

Another case of what we would call today, incest. This time the guy thought he was dealing with a prostitute instead of his daughter in law.

The Bible does not sugar coat sin.

When it happened, it tells us and it also tells us about the awful effects sin has on our lives.

I'm not going to read or comment on the rest, since I'm sure they all must be related to incest or some sexual sin of some kind.

Let me suggest you read all of the Bible and not just the parts which desribe sin.

The Bible not only tells us that people sinned but it tell us what God's remedy for sin is.

I'll describe that in the links below.

I would like to comment on those verses briefly.

There are several thing we need to bear in mind in order for us to understand or have less confusion.

Think of the following points:

1. The speaker is different from one verse to another.
2. The reciepient is different from one to another.
3. There is a reason why God said this and that in a particular passage. You need to find out the verses before and after to get the whole story.
4. There were consequences of doing a specific thing (undesirable for God).

Over all, we need to remember that those verses are the record of what have happened. They were not to mean for model or guide but we can learn something from them.

Generally speaking the Bible has two components which regard to understanding from the readers' part.

1. Prescribtive
2. Descriptive.

Prescribtive are the ones we need to follow accordingly or the origian reciepients to follow about.

Descriptive is only the written record (usually not the full story but in brief) and it is not necessary to do as what they did.

Remember, they were people just like us with flesh and bones.

1. Gen. 19:33-35 means exactly what it says.
This behavior shows the effect that living in a city full of wickedness will have, the influence it will have on a person.
Notice the children's names, they are the ancestors of the groups of people (and named after them) which Israel had to deal with later.
The other verses, someone else can answer. I am out of time.

Are you realizing that adultery & fornication is a sin?

Incest is a sin that abuses innocent children. People have committed incest for a long time. It is a sin that separates us from God. All sins do. We need an atonement for remission of our sins. God sent His Only Begotten Son that who so ever believeth in Him will not perish but shall have everlasting life.

I do not have time now, but look for the Bible commentary. Then you have some kind of idea if you do not know what it means.

Perhaps if you state a specific question about you don't understand it would be easer.
