I've tried using a pumice stone every few days but I end up doing more damage to my toes than good to my feet. How can I keep my feet soft during the summer?

When I became a beekeeper I learned that beeswax is used in most skin creams. Since I had my own beeswax I made some skin cream by melting a small amount of beeswax with coconut oil and adding some vanilla extract for aroma.

It seems to work well!

I'm 121 years old and look like 39........just kidding {smile}

Every night, use an extremely rich and moistuirizing cream formulated for feet (I reccomend Burt's Bees Coconut Foot Creme) on clean feet. It will replenish the lost moisture leaving your feet soft year-round.

Use petroleum jelly on your feet at night. Slather it on and wear socks for a while. You can wear them to bed if they don't drive you crazy, but the icky feeling is worth it. Dry cracked feet ( I have the worst feet in creation) become baby soft and perfect for sandals.

During the day try Medicated Goldbond lotion. Its expensive but worth it. Use it anywhere you have dry skin.

It's pretty simple just put some Cetaplil or Suave Foot Therepe lotion on every night after a shower or carry it around in your purse and say you have to " Powder ur nose"

Any skin lotion. Corn oil would do it, your mom has some in the kitchen cupboard.

If your skin gets too fry it will crack and you are likely to develop infections.
