Ask her questions about her.
Where she grew up? Family? Work? Favorite travels? Funniest moments? Is there anywhere she wants to travel to? Music? Hobbies?
Then elaborate on those... if she said that she would love to go to Italy... ask her what intrigues her about the area? Does she like italian food or wine? What kind? Tell her a few stories about your experiences with those answers... but not too many.
You want her to know that you are interested in getting to know her. Make it about her... not so much you. But do share. Good Luck!!!
PS... Be a gentleman... open doors and pull out chairs...you know the drill. We love that!!!

Be yourself, she'll find out who you are sooner or later, if she sticks around. So might as well let her see the real you now. If she doesn't like the real you, dump her. Keep dumping until you find one that likes you for the real you. After all if you present a false you to her, you will never be able to keep up the act.

Compliment on what shes wearing, like if shes got a watch be like "Thats a great watch" or even if you dont like it, say something about her hair or something to make her feel good.

try to maybe charm her? but not too much because you don't want her to think you're like this player guy. maybe just nice things. like for examplee...
you look beautiful, i love your eyes, you're very kind, etc.
(dont over do it)
and maybe ask her about her life. but if she's more of a party girl then maybe just complement her and just have fun!
