Why is it only religion that offers eternal suffering or reward?

Sounds like it was invented by man to keep people in line. Can you see this religious people? Or do you refuse to?Strange how something you thnk is so true has to be taught with scare tactics. I don't remember any scientists threatening to send me to eternal hell for refusing to believe in the theory of gravity.

No, religion does not offer reward or eternal suffering. Only Jesus can make such an offer. We have a choice to make.

Edit: Jesus freed us from religions. He clearly wanted us to have a personal relationship with God instead of following religion. Gravity is a part of the creation package. So, no scientist can make any claims on it.

Then, most cults like Islam, add a bonus control. As Islam is basically a war manual with social, political and religious principles the adherents are to live by at the threat of heinous punishment or death...I'd say Islam is the most successful brainwashing cult in recorded history.
