last night I was down stairs and I heard banging. When I went to the steps it was coming from parents bedroom. It was loud. I don't know what to do.

be thankful your parents are still attracted to each other. You should be happy for them. Just go listen to music or walk outside, how do you think you were brought into this world? lol

I can feel your pain! EWWWWWW! But you should be happy that your parents are still that much in love to have loud sex. My only suggestion would be to turn up your T.V. or stereo in your room, if you don't have one ask your parents if you can get one cause you can hear things that you really don't want to hear. Oh another thing is to put on your earphones that is what I always did when I was younger! I hope you find a way to figure it out, the best of luck to you!

Your question says "all the time" but it sounds like you only heard this banging once. If they're making no effort to mute the noise, then that's kind of abusive. But if it was just a one-time accident, then they're really not doing anything wrong. I suggest just casually saying to your parents that there was some loud banging last night that kept you up, so that way hopefully you won't hear them again.
Keep in mind that this is how we are all conceived...unless you were a test tube baby, it means you were created out of your parents expressing their love for each other in this way. If this is really bothering you, maybe you should talk to a school counselor or another close adult who will listen.

Short of asking your parents to be a bit quieter late at night, I'd say there's not much you can do but be grateful your parents get along.

I know it's embarrassing - I walked in on mine once and ye Gods, that was horrible beyond belief (and they were in my room!) but a quick comment to your mom ("Hey the banging last night woke me up, what was that?") should get the point across.

Well depending how old you are and you have to be old enough because you are on the net. You would mind your business and go read a book study and turn up your music so that you can't hear because they pay the bills.

If it's really loud you might try subtling asking them to turn down the volume a little.

Just thank God that they are still sexually active. Thank God they love eachother and are still together and maybe listen to some music or tv with headphones on while they are doing it. OR ask them to move their headboard from against the wall?

get the little stereos that have ear plugs or muffs, your parents are trying to get you a brother or sister and if they got to bang it around, that is just the way it is done, so cover the sound listen to music.

Earplugs..... Maybe you could talk them into getting you an I-pod. In all seriousness, this is disgusting for you to have to hear, but at least they sre still attracted to one another. That doesn't help you at all I know. If you tell them it will probably just embarrass them and you, but it won't put a stop to it. I guess I just go back to the earplugs or headphones.

Poor dear, good luck.

At least your parents still love each other. Just tell your mom to be a little quieter...and that should get the point across.
