As a mom of twins I heard this sort of stuff all their lives up until they got to be adults. Once they were states apart at school, and then later when the one who was the bully (like you), actually NEEDED her sisters support, they got more appreciative of each other.
I'll tell you what I told mine, one day your father and I will be dead and you will only have each other as blood family. You better learn to get along now, because you are stuck with each other until you die.
Stop being so jealous of your sister and get a life.

you shouldn't hate her, you dont' have to like her but hate is so harsh.
you'll see, when you get older and no one is there for you your gonna wish you had your family still.
treat them right!!
