Did you ask your vet about using elaxatives? There are out there... Try that and also, don't feed your puppy soft food or human food yet. I think that it may be his/her diet and since it is a puppy, he/she may have worms too. Please take him/her to the vet to be tested for worms and or parvo. Bloating can be a sign of parvo in most puppies.

Call the Vet back and tell him that you did what he said with no results. At only 3 weeks old its hard to tell and a trip to the Vet might be the best if he doesn't poop soon. I know it is hard when they are so small. Try to get puppy's mom to stimulate him and keep doing what the vet said. If the pup was older I would tell you to put some cooking oil in his food but he is to young for that. Try putting cooking oil in his moms food. Good Luck!

Yes, take a paper towel, get it nice and wet with warm water(make sure its not hot) and rub his anus with it. Make sure the towel does not dry cause it will irritate the anus.If he doesnt go right away, rub his belly a little then try again. Good Luck!!

Compare his butt hole to the other puppies. Keep rubbing his belly, sometimes it takes a little time to get their bowels to move.

Well, I don't really know what to say. You can't force it to poop. Just let him try. I'm really sorry if I didn't help. Do what the vet said. Okay, goodluck.

I have heard giving them canned pumpkin will get them going. I have not personally tried it but my friend did and it worked like a charm.
