Use a lower temperature on your oven. Anything above 325 will make it very dry (believe me, I know).
I would bake it for about 1 hour at 300-325 F. You can test it by cutting into one of the pieces to see if it's white and tender.

If you have the even cook breasts, then it will only take about 20 minutes at 375. If one side is bigger than the other, then it will take 25-30 minutes. Always cut into the bigger side to check for any pinkness.
- it can be dangerous to cook meat at too low of a temperature. Avoid cooking below 275.
- if you like marinated chicken, I make a recipe that can be baked, grilled, or pan cooked and is great. Mix 1/2 a cup of soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, 3 tablespoons of mustard (or more if you like) and the same amound of honey. You could use dry mustard if you want, but I like prepared. Smells funny as a marinade, but tastes great when it's cooked. Hope your chicken turns out great.

Depends on how you're cooking them. Just keep the heat medium and cook until they're done, it doesn't take too long.
