10,000 calories. Omg DO NOT EAT THAT MUCH! Eat 1,000-2,000 calories a day from now on. Eat a good breakfast, maybe 500 calories with a glass of water. Eat a sandwich for lunch with a 100 calorie packsnack and a caprisun juice or w/e kind of juice box. and eat half of what you would at dinner. You will lose like SOOO MUCH WEIGHT!

Yeah you do need to watch that whole calorie thing but I went to this website that I found on my friends myspace and typed in your height and weight and this is what it gave me
***Your Weight is Ideal***
Your BMI is 19.9 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25
Congratulations, you are the perfect weight for your height.
Even though you may not be entirely happy with your weight, you are healthy.
So gain or lose a few pounds if you want, but don't go too crazy!
Don't agree? Blame the government standards we based this test on!

You are not overweight so don't let your mom scare you like that. Yes you need to lower your calorie intact for healths sake but you don't need to lose weight. Eat 3 healthy meals a day with lots of fresh fruits and veggies and a healthy snack between each meal and at bedtime. Limit the junk food you eat and limit the soda you drink. Stay away from all products that contain artificial sweetners unless it is sweetened with Stevia.

That does not make since really. I know people who are very muscular and exercise about 5 hours a day that eat about 4000 a day. You ethier need to stop joking around, learn to count, go to the doctor, or stop puking out your food. Plus you are not overweight if you lose 15 pounds you ae going to waste away

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

if you were taking in 10,000 calories a day you'd already be obese, & watch what you eat, or eat less, smaller plates, drink tons of water, and if you keep this up you could also be dead in a year or two not just out of sports.
