Ok i was on this road and i was making a 3-point turn. I was in the middle of the turn and this car rides up on me. His lights were in my eyes and everything. He was so far up i couldnt go back for the rest of my turn. So i had to countinue foward. I knicked this guys tire... it was a big truck. He yelled at me to stop, and i did. i pulled over and ran to him. i was so out of it, i apologized a million times. he checked out his car and everything. then he was like what did you hit? and i said the tire. he checked out the tire and said to get the **** out of here. So i did. What will happen now? Like am i ok? No damage was done to his car from what we could see.
He didnt so much as take my name. Is there any way this can come back to me?

Well lets see, the guy either was wanted by the law or he had no insurance (if required in your state) or he was just a blooming idiot. Luck was definately on your side that day. Next time choose wisely were you try a 3 point turn.

The wind of luck was blowing your way that day. I would not worry at all about the accident now, it's done, over and finished with. There is nothing that will come back to haunt you. Drive Safe.

Consider yourself lucky that he wasn't a wacko with a tire iron.

No accident report, your word against his, he probably figured no harm no foul, or maybe he had warrants.

If there are no damages there is no reason to report the accident.

You're cool but please drive carefully.
