I am mainly asking for personal experiences or if you know someone who has used it. I've done the studying behind the pill but I am curious about personal testimony. Thanks!

That's just it--I know it's been on the market for very little time but I am curious if anyone has experienced these "crappy" side effects and if it actually increased weight loss by 50% per week as it claims.

Hello fellow "dieter", I purchased the Alli 150 ct starter pack from Costco for $79, BUT and this is a big BUT.. If you are just trying to lose 10-20 vanity pounds, then it's sooooooooooooo not worth it:( Why? Let's say you are on a semi-healthy diet , about 2,000 -3000 cal per day with let's say 30-45grams of fat per day.(That's pretty ample). Alli would only flush out 7-10.5 grams of fat for you that day. 7g x 9cals= 45 cals at .50cents per pill , You just paid a $ 1.00 to lose the same amount you would burn by getting up and taking a 5 min. shower:( This pill is for OBESE people who can't control their fat intake( no offense). It does nothing for sugar and carb, nor calories. The more fat you eat, the more it flushes...So honestly you could lose the weight faster by ANY OTHER FORM OF DIETING:) Don't be BOO BOO the fool like me. I wish I had my 80$ bucks back!

I've been using it for about 5 days. I haven't experienced any of the treatment effects because I've been staying at about 12-17 grams of fat per meal when I take it. Its only been available on the market for about a week and a half so I doubt anybody will be able to say if it helped them lose weight. I'm not overweight, and I probably won't buy a refill because I'm it is really only meant for people who have problems with eating excessive amounts of fast food and other junk food. Hope that helps!

It's too soon to be asking this question if you want to know the long term results. However, i can tell you that I went on doctor prescribed fat blockers about 2 years ago (basically the same thing) and yes, there were horrible treatment effects. If you eat something high in fat, maybe even being unaware of how much fat is in the product, you will get uncontrollable bowel movements...and it could happen anywhere at any time. Think about that before you go popping that pill.

Never try diet pill, they are not good ways to lose weight.
The best way is the most natural way is eating good food with less fat, doing more exercise to burn the redudant fat.
Don’t forget the first rule of a good and healthy diet is to drink water, lots of water! Water flushes out the system and eliminates harmful toxins. It enables the body to run more efficiently, speeds up metabolism, and makes it easier to lose weight and burn fat. Your body is made up of 70% water and needs a lot of water each day to perform its necessary functions.

Have a good day!!
