From the middle of May through today (June 23rd), I've been going to the gym every single day. I half run and half walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes (it always adds up to 2.5 mi), i do crunches, this leg excercise where you close and open your legs with weights (i do about 30lbs), and I do other random ones that are around the gym. I also eat a lot of little meals during the day, and i never stuff myself nor do I ever eat fast food/junk food. I started off weighing about 126lbs. Now i'm 124lbs. I lost only 2lbs but I dropped from a size 6 to a size 4 or 2. I'm confused and frustrated with my lack of weight loss.

You're physically fit, and eating right...maybe you're already down to a size 4 or 2...what is it you're going for...size 0? Time to be satisfied with yourself and stop getting on the scale.

It of course works and if i could accompanied it precisely i think of it could scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i could lose. So thank you returned for the techniques. i've got on no account offered something like this in the previous because of the fact they're in many cases packed with trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. start as we communicate!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

First off, you sound like your at a good weight to begin with. If you lose too much, you can get really sick so take your time. Second, the problem is your matabulism. it's way too high. If i were you, i wouldn't lose more weight unless recommened by your doctor. but if your that determand, keep working on it. it doesn't work over night believe me. i tried everything to lose weight...i even started pushing myself and i still didn't get results. try eating only the serving size on each meal. DON'T GO OVER 2,000 A DAY!!!!!! write down all your calories...even for a drink of tea. everything you consume, you might note of it. i lost 15Ibs by doing this. so try it and good luck!

You are probably building up lean muscle mass. A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat... so although you have only lost 2 lbs. overall, you probably lost more than 2 lbs. of fat and gained muscle. Although frustrating, the number isn't the only thing that matters. Seems like you are doing really well.

muscle. obviously u are losing weight, in inches, and thats what u should be looking at. u're already very thin 124 pounds is skinny for anyone unless u're like 5 foot. u might not see much weight loss on the scale, but you shouldnt worry about that. you should measure weight loss in how much fat u lose, meaning u need a body fat percentage.

You are gaining muscle and not losing weight! Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less space. So your waistline is getting smaller, even though your seeming to not lose pounds.

muscle weighs more than fat. You've clearly increased your musculature and lost body fat. Don't worry about the scales, look how much better you look in your clothes
