I no iv left it a bit late so im looking for drastic measures please!!!

Don't drink anything with sugar in it and eat light foods, but don't cut back on food cause you're body will just go into starvation mode and you won't lose any weight. You'll also wanna do a lot of exercise and drink plenty of water. Like I said, eat plenty of food, don't hold back, eat anytime you're hungry. Just don't eat fattening foods. You might even wanna try getting you're colon cleansed somehow. I've never done this, but it's something I wanna try - it's supposed to work well.

I'm not sure what you mean by "slimming down" in 5 days...but there is no healthy amount of weight you could keep off in that time.

To lose 5 pounds, you would have to burn about 16,000 calories (without eating) to do it.

Fast diet's might shave a few pounds but the only weight you would lose is water weight and that will only dehydrate you and make you feel horrible.

Short of liposuction there is nothing you could do.

Given that's the case, I wouldn't stress out about it too much. Just try to remember that weight isn't everything and just enjoy yourself. If you're really bothered about it, you can focus on making some long term lifestyle adjustments to help you lose weight and keep it off. But there's no quick fix I'm afraid.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Stay hydrated and do a protein fast.

1 Hardboiled egg for breakfast, with a can of tomato juice (low sodium, because salt will make you retain water)

Chicken breast with a cup of veggies for lunch.

And active culture yogurt and 1/2 banana or prunes for dinner.

Snack on plain turkey slices or celery.

Water, water, water. No salt, no salt, no salt!

Stand up tall, walk a lot, dress skinny and smile!

I have lost 4 lbs. in 5 days this way and I have looked 10 lbs. thinner by the end of my holiday.

Stretch! Walk! Water!

to loose some quick pounds you must make it easier to burn fat just from walking around. To do this you must drink a BOTTLED water (must be bottled) and then eat a big breakfast. I don't know if you like to exercise or not but it helps to. The last thing you do is stop eating at 6:00pm. Stop eating before 6:00 is the most important step. I you can stop eating at 6:00pm then everything you done was for nothing. But you can drink water. I recommand bottled water.

These steps will speed up the fast burning process making them few pounds slide off of you.

You can't. You can lose quite a bit of body weight by dehydrating yourself (not a good idea), but if you manage to lose a pound of bodyfat in that time you will have done well.

Buy some good underwear, stand straight, and make do with what you've got to work with.

you could not do a lot in 5 days. you could do away with extra water weight by utilizing eating various water and cutting out salt, inspite of the undeniable fact that this is purely momentary and not that drastic. dropping a drastic quantity of weight in 5 days can kill you.

well... you should start by eating healthy. and smaller meal portions. every night, after dinner you should take a family walk or bike ride to stay fit. i know i used to be 115 lbs. and now I'm only 78 lbs. i exercised a lot! and if you cant loose any lbs. than just be happy because your probably beautiful!
