Ya, but why are you running 90m and not 100m. By the way the fastest time is 9.77 not 9.1.

ah 90m is a mad distance for a start but i guess its not bad at all

Its not unheard of but its very good. You should definetly work at that, but focus on short term goals. For instance, a good goal for you would be 11.5 for lower.

Yes its okay but with more hard work you could be nearer 11 secs dead which would be good.

well im 11 and i get 12.34 on the 100 meter but that is cuase i train so if you try harder you should smoke me well mabye not me good luck!
