Men dont stop growing until they are 25 you have plenty of time to grow. You can do stretches for you back and legs to keep them healthy and straight or when you are an adult they can lengthen your legs with surgery but that is drastic. You are probably going to have a growth spurt really soon since your body has been circulating testosterone around like a hockey puck. It will happen patience is what you need and I know it's hard. At least the stretches will help your growth to be higher quality.

Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL5NU , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

5ft 4in n my leg lenght is 40 inches
WOWWWWWWWW!
I'm 6'1" with leg length 34".
Your height and other characteristics were determined when you were conceived. Don't worry about it.
You can wear elevator shoes to add 2-3 inches to your height.
It is possible that you may continue to grow until 18 or so.

there is a supplement that claims to give the body what it needs for optimum growth, designed for someone your age and is drug free. i believe its called growth factor.probably has vitamin c ,calcium ,magnesium etc in it.you also should look at getting liquid mineral supplements that absorb into the body well.minerals are the real building blocks of the body.if you give your body the minerals it needs .the body can make its own vitamins.also i would stay away from fluoride from tooth paste and drinking water.it is shown to have detrimental effects on the thyroid gland.fluoride ends up in your bones and takes years to get out of them if ever.sounds crazy but fluoride is an industrial solid from the manufacture of aluminum.toms toothpaste makes fluoride free toothpaste with xylitol in it instead of fluoride

look, im a shortie (and 15!!) and i dont like it!
but if you really want to be taller wear platform shoes or heels!!!
im sorry there is nothing you can do...hang around with short people and wear flattering clothes!
you still have time to grow-stretches may help a little but wont make a huge overall difference,
good luck growing!

There's nothing you can do about getting taller. Your height was determined before you were born, by hereditary. It's in the genes. You still have some time to grow, because you're still young.

um im sorry. but no one can control their height. its just one of those things you have to deal with. dont worry. i used to date a guy who was shorter then me and i didn't care about his height. (and im really short like 5 ft) he was just a cool person. so just play up your personality and act confident!
