yeah it can be bad for you , you run the risk of getting salmonela .

not only that but the body cant process the protien so it doesnt do you any good unless they are pasturized egg whites.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Regular eggs contain bacteria...and awful one> salmonella. I would suggest if you are just going to do it anyway, try egg beaters, they pasteurize theirs. There are other ways of getting protein other than gagging yourself on raw eggs though.

apparently for some sick stomaches (not eveyones) raw eggs work like a charm

Yes they may contain salmonella which if uncooked would make you very ill.
