I got my cartilage pierced about three weeks ago and it still hurts sometimes when i touch it or sleep on it. Is that normal? There is no redness or swelling around the piercing.

I don't know about normal, but I'll tell you I got mine done about 6 weeks ago, and although there is (like yours) no redness or swelling, it is still tender sometimes. You have to think, it is a hole put in your body by a foreign object, and it isn't supposed to be there. It's going to hurt.
Yes, though, I think that it is normal that it will hurt for a while.

Yes that's completely normal. I have 3 cartilage piercings on my left ear, and i couldnt sleep on my left side for like 5 months. It's supposed to hurt when you touch it, too.

Yes-mine hurt for about two months before I was able to play with it and change out the earrings easily and sleeping on it hurt it for a while. This is totally normal.

i've had my first one for about 4 years and i remember it hurt a little in the beginning and i recently pierced it the second time myself and after about a month it still hurts. it's completely normal for it to hurt when you bump it. good luck!
