A water fast, a juice fast, a strict diet with moderate to extreme exercise, or making yourself vomit(each of them for 5 days).
And Please don't answer saying any of these are unhealthy, because I really don't care.

A water fast. Here's the basic reason: You probably have a basal metabolism of about 1,500 calories a day, so that if you consumed nothing but water, you'll lose approximately 1/3-to-1/2 lb of non-water body mass a day. If you drink juice, you'll be consuming calories. Likewise if you vomited, since no matter how much you vomit, you'll still be netting intake calories. A strict diet is probably 1,000 calories a day, but in order to burn off 1,000 calories through exercise, you'll have to do about 10 miles. I don't think you're going to do that every day. If you absolutely must lose the maximum weight in the least time for the short term without ravaging your health, just go on a water fast, and take some vitamin pills to make up for your total lack of necessary nutrients. Remember, Ghandi did it, and he became world famous.

Strict diet with moderate to extreme exercise.
But, pfft, if you shock your body by suddenly exercising more and eating less, your body won't want to lose the weight and it will be very hard to adapt to. And you probably wouldn't stick to it.

I think green tea is the fastest. Of course pls dont put any sugar into your cup of tea.
Green Tea boosts metabolism and may aid in weight loss. It also contains anti-cancer properties and help prevent heart disease.
Don’t forget the first rule of a good and healthy diet is to drink water, lots of water! Water flushes out the system and eliminates harmful toxins. It enables the body to run more efficiently, speeds up metabolism, and makes it easier to lose weight and burn fat. Your body is made up of 70% water and needs a lot of water each day to perform its necessary functions.
