i would like to download a new software for my dvd hometheater model:HTS6510 from philips what can i do?

They should have on-line instructions.
In most cases, you download the s/w to a PC. Burn a CD or DVD (follow instructions) with the sw. Put the CD/DVD in the drive and the unit will automatically upgrade.
