ive emailed several car dealers about lease offers and vehicle availibility and i have not once received an actual answer. instead they respond with questions of their own and a bunch of other bullshit that is pretty stupid.

i ask them what there lease offer on a g35 sedan is and they email me for 4 days saying they are looking in on it and ask if i was contacted by any of them, would i want a test drive, etc, but never answer the damn question which would take like 10 seconds to answer.

It takes time energy and effort to answer your question, and it is likely you won't like the answer. On top of that, the first dealer to give you any information at all loses as you will no doubt shop that number to every other infiniti dealer around and probably never actually buy the car. I will tell you this much, the payments will likely be btween 500-600/ month with good credit and drive offs down. What did you expect the payments to be though? Get serious about it and visit a dealership. That's how to get the "best deal"

Your last two answers have been the best. I can tell you as a car dealer that the Internet does help bring in sales, but we do have to know the details so that we can properly assist you and get you what you want. If you want the best deal, go to the dealerships, find the car you are willing to lease or buy and negotiate your best deal. Don't assume all dealer are trying to take advantage of you because you know what assuming does.

They either are new at what they do and don't really know the answer or the answer they have to give might not be one that you might want to hear. So they don't bother. Instead they beat around the bush a little.

It could also be that there is a communication problem and don't understand what it is inparticular that you are wanting from them or it is too complicated to send it all in an email form.

IF you need an answer, then, Why don't you go in personally to a dealership instead of emailing the request. Get it from the horses mouth.

Thousands of people ask for quotes over the internet, many (most) of them are just playing around. Sales guys get paid only when they sell, they really don't want to waste their time dealing with phatoms who are going to take their number, and have it beat by 20 bucks by another dealer and they lose everything. They don't get paid to dish out numbers.

A little work on your part will be worth it. Getting numbers over the internet is going to spawn lots of lies by overzealous sales guys, it's going to make your shopping experience hell.

When one of the guys/gals calls you, set up an appointment to see them, you can't buy a car over the internet, you will need your local dealer.

All car dealers have the same stupid typical techniques. I stop being nice and I demand an answer. There in the business of serving, so they better do it. Make a threat of going somewhere else and they will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Good luck.

Because they think you will shop their email to other dealers to get a better price. Dealers avoid putting their offer on paper because legally they would have to sell it at that price. Words they can deny but not when it's written down.

Try somewhere like http://www.generalcar.com

You will get better service if you walk in, they will take you more seriously, and then they can size you up for the kill, as in to see how much money they think they can swindle you out of. Be frugal the price is different for different people. If you look like you have a lot of money the price will go up just for you!
