Never.
It's fine to tell them when they're doing something wrong. Though, don't assume your the absolute authority on what right and wrong is. Instead, discuss the issue with them and work it out, or not. Ultimately, their life is their own.
However, using the Christ myth to artificially give your opinions an air of authority is just stupid and arrogant.
And I'm an atheist. It is also silly to base your actions on 2000 year old myths. It doesn't matter who rebuked who in your storybook.

Church discipline involves being more concerned about the spiritual state of another than personal reasons for avoiding possible conflict.......It is not easy.....very difficult for me....yet our churches often gloss over this tool for spiritual growth.
BRETHREN, IF any person is overtaken in misconduct {or} sin of any sort, you who are spiritual [who are responsive to and controlled by the Spirit] should set him right {and} restore {and} reinstate him, without any sense of superiority {and} with all gentleness, keeping an attentive eye on yourself, lest you should be tempted also.
EDIT "Friend of Jesus" has also answered as I believe......very nicely stated,by the way.

In Matthew 18 Jesus tells us how to deal with someone who sins against us. First you confront the brother alone, just between the two of you. If that doesn't work follow the steps outlined below:
"If your brother sins against YOU, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
When you confront someone, first search your own heart, to see if there is any sin in your own life that needs confessing.
Only after the "plank" in your own life is removed, will you have the HUMILITY to go to your brother and help him with his "speck of sawdust". We always are more prone to see the faults of others than our own.
"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye."

We have no right to rebuke another. Discuss a situation perhaps but both viewpoints are valid and we should respect the decision of another even if we don't agree with it.

Luke 17
2It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.
3Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
4And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.

I would say 'almost never'. We must be very, very careful to do this. I would suggest it only after much prayer and personal reflection on my own sins.

It is right to correct the behavior that we think it is not godly. We must do this lovingly though. : )
