Infrequent occurances of doe deer with antlers being killed by hunters have occured. What are the game laws governing sutch situations in Missoura Texas and Arkansas?

Ditto on the above answer on Arkansas. That is why in the game and fish rule book they are referred to as "ANTLERED DEER". The GAF Commission don't expect you to climb down from your stand and ask to see the deers private parts before shooting.

Some states require you to keep the sex organs to prove sex on larger animals such as elk. But The horns usually do it on white tailed deer.

I know that in Arkansas if you shoot a doe with antlers it is considered an act of god. You wont get fined, because you obviously thought you had shot a buck.

In Missouri, our laws use "antlered" and "antlerless" to define deer. No reference is made to the sex of deer. If you shoot a doe with antlers, it is simply considered an "antlered" deer.

its just like all other states antlered deer its called buck and doe season but tags say antlered deer you cant expect to see if it has balls or not

If it has antlers its considered in the eyes of the law to be a buck even though its sex is female*....

read the tag the permit is for antlered or antler less
not for male or female
