Get a bit torrent software... i would recommend uTorrent
http://www.utorrent.com
then browse through
http://www.mininova.org and find for adobe photoshop... preferably with the crack (latest being Photoshop CS3)
download the torrent and wait a while whilst the torrent files are downloaded to your computer...
that's it...

You can get a 30 "free" trial, but Photoshop is not free. If you are looking for something that is very close to Photoshop, then download GIMP and give it a try. http://www.gimp.com

i have adobe photo shop 7 full version not sure how to get it to you though.
try google and see if adobe can help
