Yes, a typical door-to-door minister of Jehovah's Witnesses does value his time in the ministry and tries to limit the amount wasted by a householder who engages in insincere verbosity.
Each congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses makes regular visits at *ALL* the homes in its territory, including those who have proven to be disagreeable and argumentative in the past. However, the Scriptures actually warn against Christian ministers from wasting time and effort with a person who has proven to be insincere and argumentative.
(2 Thessalonians 2:1-3) We request of you not to be quickly shaken from your reason... Let no one seduce you in any manner
(Romans 16:17-18) Keep your eye on those who cause ... stumbling contrary to the teaching that you have learned, and avoid them. ...by smooth talk and complimentary speech they seduce the hearts of guileless ones.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled... You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

Did you say something nasty and offensive to them? If you did, shame on you! All they wanted to do was to let you see the truth. Would you like that to happen to you when you knock on someone's door to try to promote your product but get nasty remarks about it, especially when you have such great confidence in it???
Next time THINK before you act. It is a good thing they were Jehovah's Witnesses, if it were someone else I think they would probably have punched you.

You go, girl! If you are a Christian maybe the Holy Spirit used your "witness" to lead them to the real Jesus.

Good Job, and thank you. Did they leave you a copy of "the watchtower" anyway? It makes great compost in the garden.

Flawed religion.
I like that you did that.
Reversing the situation.
Maybe they will tell their friends how annoying it is and will stop doing it themselves.
I think not!
Everybody i bet ASTAN gave us all a bad mark, we should all mark that person badly.
Do it.

What did you say to them anyway? It must have made them mad because they usually want you to talk to them. Talking to them gives the hope they can convert you.
