erm I hate to tell you this but canadian's don't have their own language much like you don't say what is 'i love sarah' in american because the canadian's speak english and some speak french like those in quebec I love sarah in french would J'adore sarah

In Canada many languages are spoken. The official languages are: English and French. Then there are people of all nationalities, like Inuits, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Irish, etc. These are all Canadians!

Simple, "I maple-syrup Sarah eh? Fer sure!"
The fer sure is the new thing they say, suppose to be "For sure" but they just tack it onto everything. It's suppose to mean that they are serious about what they are talking about, and when they talk about love, it's serious.
"Maple-syrup" is how you say love in Canadian.
"eh?" is just point of reference. In Canadian you use "eh?" to signify that you are speaking.
You gotta have the "eh?".
