Its gabapentin. A pain medication used for restless leg syndrome. Its easy to know what a pill js when you find it. Just do a search of the number or letters on the pill along with the color and shape.

If it was in your medicine cabinet you should first check any prescription medications you have and see if it matches (perfectly). If it does not match you should take it in a baggy to your local pharmacist. He/she should know what it is.
