Jack is right. There are many things in becoming a master. Some masters Master styles that don't even use kicks, so some of these would not be important. Different fighting styles emphasize different things. But, if you master a style that use the 8 things you've labled, you will be a good master. Just add some mental aspect. Bushido is of upmost importance.

Ole Kingston Jenson is a master of aikido, yet he is in a wheechair. How would that be possible based on most of the stuff on your list?

There are two things I would add to what everyone is saying; hard work and selflessness. Hard work is a must because all the talent in the world won't help a lazy @ss. Hard work/discipline are the same thing- you must make training second nature and not "when I feel like it." Selflessness I say because a true, respectable master does not care to advance himself through stepping on others, or holding in techniques because he wants to be top dog. A master knows he/she must pass down their art in order for it to survive to the next generation, so he/she is willing to teach for meager or no pay. True masters don't care about fame and money because they are both temporary.

Nope...

To become a master you must internalize the ideals of your martial art.

Have others who have internalized the ideals recognize that fact.

Be able to walk down the street without having people think that you are a jock or some sort of "bad-a*s dude."

Except for #7, you can say this about any sport.
However, you forgot the two most important elements in Martial Arts and they are the mental and emotional benefits that are acquired while training.

no! you need discipline, self-awareness, and some more stuff. i'm sorry, this list is crap for being a martial arts master. some of these things apply, but there is more to it than just speed, strength, etc.

you got a few right. but you like jack said you missed a few (that are really important). you don't really need hardness to become a master but you do need to be able to take a blow and throw one without hurting yourself. you also need the right mindset in the first place.

SORRY, WRONG!!!
YOU TOTALLY OVERLOOKED:

SELF-AWARENESS
AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS
THE ABILITY TO REASON
MENTAL FOCUS
SELF-DISCIPLINE

BUT NOT NECESSARILY IN THAT ORDER
YOUR ALL MUSCLE WITHOUT THE BRAIN
