because now i using light wieght shoe which has no high heel ... and i feel like wanting to change to heel shoe cause i going to run half marathon in august ... must i change to high heel ..??

You need a high mileage shoe. Lightweight is great if you're running short distances up to 5km, but after that you need to land on your heels a lot and a little slipper isn't enough.

There are plenty of shoes that are light but still give you the cushion required for a half-marathon. Go try some on! You'll be glad you did. Also take your old shoes in so the salesperson can see the wear patterns on your soles; that wioll help pick the right shoe.

I never wore racing flats because I need more cushion for my high arched feet. Get a good long-distance shoe.

wearing intense heels all the time will at last supply you elephant ankles, once you become older you will see it...Even next time you procuring study women who placed on intense heels take a glance at ther ankles I guess maximum have thick ankles...
