i was REALLY healthy, i ate nothing but raw veg and fruit.
i noticed then 4 thin lines of stretch marks on both sides of my hips.
i immediatly started putting loaaads of moisturises on them, eating much less, exercising loads more.

now i have them all over my thighs, they've gone really thick and i can't stand it anymore!

im in tears all the time. i care so much about my appearance.
ive alwaysed been uk size 8, until now im a uk size 6, im 5'6".

i cant tell any of my family to help me with these marks, it would give them more of a reason to call me fat, im ashamed to tell my friends, they nag me to go out swimming and stuff but i just can't stand showing my body.
please help, its destroying me ='[
im eating 1 piece of toast a day now and cups of tea without sugar which is awful.
helpppppp

Stretch marks are not a sign of being overweight, so please stop eating drastically and exercising like a maniac; you are too young and don't need it. In the end, you will be sooo unhealthy, because the way that you are treating your body now is NOT GOOD.

Having stretch marks at your age is a sign of growth; everyone has stretch marks (I'm a size 2/4 and I have them). There isn't anything to feel ashamed or embarrassed about.

You can try some remedies if you feel that uncomfortable with them, but try them with skepticism.

Hope this helps.

Love yourself, darling.

Get rid of Stretch Marks?

it's natural to stretch marks during puberty because your body is growing so fast that your skin can't keep up. You can get them on your butt, breasts, and hips. Your description makes you sound healthy for your age! Hope I helped!

Not eating right just puts the body in starvation mode, and it stores any food you eat as FAT! Anorectics (people who don't eat), for example, lose mainly muscle, not fat!

first off EAT SOMETHING, you have now developed an eating disorder... i was super skinning when i was younger ( i could shop in the little girl section if i wanted) until i was about 18, i had the same thing happen and i freaked out, they will fade over time, just moisturize as much as you can if you don't start eating soon, you'll start getting fine hair all over your body to try to help keep it warm.... you could always cover them with a lil make up until they start to fade

eat healthy and exercise .
exercising will reduce it. yoga or pilates will do it faster.
