once you sit to you desk you can say: Bismillah, and it's considered for all actions that are to be done while you're there...

Bismillah = In the name of Allah

You also should have pure intentions what you write or do anything.
Its not that you say it for doing wrong and later say you did in name of allah.
But it merely depends on your intentions.
Your purpose should be good.
Not just writing answers, in everything you do.
